These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Yayoro" (the "Service"), operated by abebebebebebebebe LLC (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Yayoro generates fictional micro-religions ("culture OS") for entertainment, based on values you provide, using AI.
2. Important Premises
- Everything the Service generates is AI-generated fiction and has no relation to any real religion, organization, or ideology.
- Generated content is not intended as religious or ideological solicitation, nor as medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Joining and leaving any "religion" on the Service is always free.
3. Use of the Service
- The Service is free and requires no account.
- Daily generation limits apply and may change without notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Defame, discriminate against, or mock real religions, organizations, or individuals;
- Present generated content as the actual doctrine or statement of a real religious organization;
- Engage in hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity;
- Attack or overload the Service (including automated bulk requests);
- Do anything else the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
- You may freely use the religion texts you generate (sharing, reposting, use in your own works, etc.).
- The Operator may use generated content to present and improve the Service (e.g., display on the landing page).
- The Service's logo, characters, and UI design belong to the Operator.
6. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from generated content or your use of it.
- The Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes related to the Service.
